We wish that the traditional rhyme had actually said "4 Peacock Birds" because when we salvaged these pallets we were blown away by the beauty of the grain and colouring - quite reminiscent of a peacock's tail feathers.
{You may know that the original Olde English version of the rhyme had 'Colly birds' - the old name for blackbirds - but we all seem to sing 'Calling birds' these days, so that's what we've named it}
So- the construction of the box is just like others in the range - sturdy support braces to support trees up to 8ft, water reservoir etc... all you have to do is get on with the decorating!
