This was an intriguing project, commissioned by a client who wanted to make the most of the space in her Clapham flat. The table slides neatly under the chaise longue and tucks out of the way, but can slide out for Box-set evenings, takeaway nights, or elegant tea-breaks, as you wish....
Quirky and characterful, the Clapham combines brutal industrial metalwork, with very attractive patina, and double-coated, lime-waxed old salvaged boards, polished to an attractive lustre whilst revealing the grain. We feel that this table would feel at home, and make a home, in any style of décor.
